  1. How many faxes can I send using this?

There is no limit to the number of faxes that can be sent through this tool.


  1. What kind of documents can I send using this?

  1. What is the maximum size of document that the tool supports?

The tool supports documents upto 20 MB in size and 200 pages long.


  1. Can I connect more than one RingCentral account?

Yes you can connect multiple accounts. However, at any point only one account connection can be active.


  1. Can I get the tool customized?

Yes. Please contact Appshark support for any customization to the tool.


  1. How can I check the status of a fax that has been sent?

The sent fax status can be checked by navigating to the ‘Faxlogs’ tab. Select all faxes and view the status of all your faxes.


  1. Can I send faxes from custom objects?

Yes. The tool can be configured to any custom object. View the setup guide to learn how to configure any object for sending faxes.


  1. Can I preview the document before sending?

Yes. The tool enables you to select from a list of documents and preview them before sending them. A document can be previewed right before clicking on the ‘Send Fax’ button.


  1. Where can I see incoming faxes?

All incoming faxes are stored on the record which has the sender’s fax number listed in the fax number field. The document will be available in the notes and attachments section of this record.
