Yealink Autodialer: Getting Started

Before getting started...

• • Yealink Autodialer app does not work directly after installing the application, before installing we need to provide Salesforce information to the app.

  • Yealink Device and machine(laptop/desktop) where Yealink Autodialer will be installed should be connected to the same network.

Step 1. Consultation

Request a Consultation by completing the form with accurate responses. Our consultants will only respond to complete submissions with contact and company details.

Step 2. Install

Download and install the App from Yealink Autodialer.

Step 3. Configuration

Depending on the Salesforce Org you chose, click on the setup & configuration instructions document below:

  • Yealink Device Configuration

  • Connected App In Salesforce Org

Step 4. Do some exercises

Follow the instructions/documents in the Product Features section and try various use cases.
